We are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for our local authority client. The Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high quality, customer focused service and for managing the Customer Service Team.
Duties will include setting and managing performance indicators, resolving problems affecting the quality of service, carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, being responsible for staff supervision and monitoring all aspects of performance management.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a highly customer-focused environment as well as having a clear knowledge of current issues affecting local authorities.
A knowledge and understanding of quality initiatives and their implementation as well as an understanding of the services provided by the Public Realm (e.g street cleansing, refuse collection, recycling, street furniture etc) are essential.
